individual life coaching
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a helping modality that assumes that the client has inside them all the “directions” they need to reach their goals. A life coach evokes awareness in the client and helps them access this potential, enabling them to formulate goals that are inspiring yet realistic, develop a workable action plan that is aligned with their vision and values, overcome obstacles, and provide support in their journey towards self-fulfillment.
Coaching is different from therapy and a life coach is not a mental health expert. It is also different from mentoring in that the coach does not provide the client with “answers,” but rather assists her in carving her own unique path.
Our life coach is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation after having completed 60 hours of training, 10 hours of mentoring, 100 client hours, and attaining success in the ICF credentialing exam.

How many sessions will I need?
Some clients may find one session to be sufficient, while others may need recurring sessions. The exact number of sessions will be recommended after mutual consultation, based on an assessment of each client’s needs and goals, and may be reduced or increased at any time.
group coaching
We offer coaching to groups with shared goals or shared concerns and challenges, such as small businesses, teachers and staff of educational establishments, students, charitable organizations, volunteer teams, etc.
Coaching is a very effective helping modality for teams struggling to meet performance targets or facing challenges such as lack of team cohesion, or work satisfaction.
The package usually includes individual sessions with members of the group, as well as coaching as a group.
support group facilitation
What are Support Groups?
Support groups are small groups of people with a common struggle who come together in a safe, judgment-free environment to explore their own thoughts and feelings as a therapeutic release, and derive inspiration and strength from each others stories. Participants develop a close mutual bond and benefit from each other’s experiences and insights, and experience significant personal transformation.
Who can benefit from support groups?
Support groups can be customized according to their needs of the clients. For example, we can run support groups for new mothers or mothers of teenagers, for women struggling to live their lives according to their values, for new business owners, for teachers, for students who are struggling academically…the possibilities are endless!
How many participants are there in a support group?
Support groups must have a minimum of 5 participants, and we usually cap them at 12 participants.
What is the duration of a support group?
A support group typically runs for 5 to 10 sessions held weekly; however, the duration can also be customized.
training FOR educational establishments & organizations
We offer training to teachers and administrative staff of onsite and online, formal and informal educational establishments, as well as other organizations.
Our approach is holistic, considering the multifaceted "wholeness” of everyone involved, rather than viewing them merely in their roles in their academic or professional settings. We focus not only on increased productivity and improved performance, but also give due importance to the mental and emotional well-being of all concerned. We help in the formulation of a big picture and alignment of actions with overall vision, goals and values, and encourage feelings of connectivity with community and contribution to the larger whole.
Our sessions are often interactive and can be one off or as a series, for staff as a whole or for specific groups therein to address specific concerns.
